Process Explanation
The companies normally issue a demand letter describing job vacancies, letter of authority empowering sources to act as their recruitment consultants in India and to deal with visa and other processes.
The international company also forwards a draft of employment agreement between the employer and employee.
AK Recruitments then starts the recruitment process by creating awareness about the job vacancy, getting applications from candidates, conducting the test, shortlisting on the basis of the result and then calling selected candidates for oral interviews either by the employer or his authorized representative at suitable locations in India.
AK recruitment agency also delivers logistic support wherein employers abroad delegate responsibilities to us and we as an international placement agency, follow a well-defined process to make sure selection of appropriate candidate corresponding to the job profile.
We also arrange medical check-ups of selected candidates at certified and authorized medical centers. This is followed by initiating the visa process with the Embassy of the country of the employer, followed by ticketing and immigration processes.
At AK Recruitments, successful or selected candidates are also provided with a basic orientation program prior to leaving India, informing them about labour laws of the country of employment, work environment in the company and other information.
